We are excited to present a joint conference in collaboration with the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Copenhagen and His Excellency the Ambassador of China to Denmark, Mr. Feng Tie – exclusively through CSCD. The conference presents a unique opportunity to gain insights on the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) that was held in October 2022 and sets the direction and provides the plan for China’s future development. During our joint conference, expert speakers from China and Denmark will share views on China’s development from a global perspective.
The 20th CPC National Congress and China — China’s Development in a Global Perspective
During February the Chinese Embassy will receive a distinguished delegation from the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC). The delegation will be headed by Vice Minister of IDCPC, Mr. Guo Yezhou.
The purpose of the visit is to promote bilateral communication and understanding, and introduce China’s development and policies, especially after the 20th National Congress of the party. The Vice Minister will meet with representatives from the Danish side and is also honouring us with a dedicated conference, where Vice Minister Mr. Guo Yezhou will make his remarks on China’s development and important policies after the 20th National Congress of the party.
VP Mr. Guo Yezhou will be accompanied by well renowned Danish experts who will contribute and shed light on the topic through individual speeches and a moderator led panel discussion, that gives a unique view into a perspective from abroad on the importance of the CPC 20th National Congress, and discuss the need for China and the West to understand that they have more common interests than differences, as well as the impact of the Ukraine crisis.

To shed light on the vital topic and how it affects both China, Denmark, and the West, all sovereign nations with different interests and advantages, we have invited expert speakers to share their knowledge. We are honoured to welcome:
